Just get up and get it done. You owe it to yourself. It's that simple. When you look and feel like a million bucks you are doing it for yourself. Stay your healthiest so You can look after those that depend on you. Do it for your positive self.


Let's face it, motivation is short lived. Motivation can wear out, it is not long lasting. But if we start training ourselves to follow a routine, show up consistently and form a discipline, then that can be a game changer. Trust me routine helps.


Whether it means showing up in the gym, or on your desk - whatever your goal is, move towards it...
