I lead with empathy and build with strategy.
I’m a technologist at heart and a coach by calling. Over two decades in fintech and gaming taught me that real leadership blends systems thinking with self-awareness.
Currently, I lead QC and Test Automation at Ubisoft India, enabling the quality behind immersive and memorable player experiences.
Working closely with leaders and teams across geographies, I found myself naturally leaning into the people side of the work helping others navigate uncertainty, ask better questions, and lead with clarity.
That’s when my coaching journey began as an evolution.
Today, while I continue to deliver in the world of tech, I also work with professionals and leadership teams as a coach, building confidence, clarity, and courage - one conversation at a time.
