Ever noticed how some people cheer for you, even when there’s absolutely nothing in it for them? They see the bigger version of you — the one you sometimes forget exists — and they push you to be better. These are the real MVPs. 💙

But let’s be real, not every cheerleader sticks around when the game changes. Some people are all for you... until you evolve and stop playing the role they’ve cast you in. Suddenly, your success feels like competition, your boundaries like betrayal, and your growth like a problem. Whew, talk about a plot twist!

Here’s the deal: Not every friendship is meant to last forever. Some people come into your life for a season, to teach you something, and then gracefully exit. And that’s OK!

So, as we kick off the new Fiscal, ask yourself:

✅ Who’s clapping when you win?

✅ Who’s pushing you to be your best, not just stay available?

✅ Who’s around when things aren’t all shiny and perfect?

Keep those people close.

For the rest?

Let them go with love, no drama. After all, your future deserves people who can handle your growth.

Now it’s your turn!

Tag someone who always pushes you to be your best or share this with someone who needs to hear it. Let’s build a community of growth and start a conversation 🗯️
