Happy Monday!!!


Challenge yourself to look for ordinary moments of joy. Actively pay attention to the mundane moments of life that you can be grateful for. The sun rise, a fresh breeze, a walk, a hug, a cup of tea, a catch up with a friend, a smile from a passer by, or a plate of food to eat. Sink into that feeling of appreciation and in doing so cultivate an abundant mindset. ❤️

This morning, I was grateful for being able to get up at 5, meditate and go out for my workout. When you practice paying attention to life's small pleasures, you really do start to notice many little things that can bring you joy. ❤️
