Being a Leader..

Being a Leader isn't about being liked. It's about doing what's right. Do the right thing rather than the popular thing. Leaders who are afraid of conflict - have a deep seated need to be popular and cherished. They are insecure and not comfortable in their own skin.

Make tough calls, speak your truth, run your own race, make right decisions and worry less of people's opinion. The best thing is generally the hardest thing to do.
