Be Wildly Enthusiastic!

Listening all the time about "Be enthusiastic", "Be energetic", "Be Passionate", seems boring. However without enthusiasm, energy and passion you cannot lead your organization to go world class.

The people I love to be around are generally those that have a simple, heartfelt quality - they are enthusiastic. Wildly so, they are open to life, curious to life, love to learn and they smile when they see me :), we have fun together.

One of my favorite quote from Sadhguru is -

Health is not just being disease-free. Health is when every cell in your body is bouncing with life.

And when every cell in your body bounces with life, you get Wildly Enthusiastic!!

Today, show up at work with all the enthusiasm you can genuinely muster. Be outrageously energetic and madly alive. See the best in people, go the extra mile to delight you stakeholders\customers. See the opportunity for learning and personal evolution. Embrace change as a chance to grow. Have laugh with a teammate, tell your loved one's you adore them. Spread passion.
