Imagine I give you a bowl of dirty, muddy water and ask you to make it clear. How would you do it? If we let the bowl sit, the dirt begins to settle, and after a while, the water becomes clear.


This is how our minds work too. If we pause our thinking, our minds will naturally relax and clear up. Just like water's natural state is clear, so is our mind's natural state if undisturbed.


When life feels unclear, stressful, and disorganized, it's often because our overthinking is stirring up the dirt, making our minds cloudy. Use this as a reminder that you're thinking too much!

The key to breaking free from overthinking is to let go and trust that our natural wisdom will guide us back to clarity and peace. We're always just a moment away from remembering our infinite well of clarity, love, joy, peace, and fulfillment. Sometimes we forget, but when we realize that negative emotions come from overthinking, we can return to our natural, beautiful state.
