You know what? For the longest time, I believed that landing a great job, climbing the corporate ladder, and collecting workplace accolades was the ultimate measure of success. From a middle class family, I was raised to see hard work and career growth as the keys to a fulfilling life. Work wasn’t just about a paycheck; it was about purpose, achievement, and personal growth.

And let’s be honest, work does offer a lot of that. The thrill of a new role, the excitement of solving problems, the recognition, the learning, the travel, the people! It’s exhilarating—until it isn’t.

But fulfillment at work isn’t always constant, and that’s okay. Sometimes, opportunities seem scarce, challenges feel repetitive, or uncertainty makes it hard to stay motivated. That doesn’t mean work can’t still be meaningful—it just means we might need to redefine what fulfillment looks like.

Work is a significant part of life, but it isn’t all of life. Your sense of purpose isn’t tied to a job title. Fulfillment comes in many forms—personal growth, relationships, hobbies, giving back, learning new skills, and simply enjoying life.

So, on this #SlowSunday, pause and reflect. Maybe it’s time to widen your perspective on fulfillment and discover new experiences that truly make you feel alive.

उन्हें कामयाबी में सुकून नजर आया

तो वो दौड़ते गए,

हमें सुकून में कामयाबी दिखी

तो हम ठहर गए...!
