To survive, flourish and prosper, all organizations need to be able to do two things:
1. Keep doing what they are doing, i.e., Business as Usual.
2. Change and improve i.e., Innovation.
With intensely increasing competitiveness, the pressure is growing towards innovation. Big question for larger organizations with significant operations, products and customers is how, even while delivering in the present, to develop an engine for change that is constantly preparing for the future.
Doing the new while conducting BAU, i.e., the process of transformation, the journey, is a complex process. This needs a mindset shift. Shift from fixed mindset to growth mindset!
What does the exemplary Leaders do in such situations - For each desired change, make the change easy, then make the easy change.
