Knowledge is Learning Something Every Day; Wisdom is Letting Go of Something Every Day. Let go of what, you ask? We've all heard the phrase "let go," but what does it really mean?

"Let go" means leaving it behind consciously—yep, easier said than done!

Life is a rollercoaster of learning and growth. While knowledge showers us with new insights daily, true wisdom lies in our ability to let go of past burdens. It's crucial to let our past shape us into better individuals, not bitter ones.

I used to wonder, "What exactly should I let go of?" I tried letting go of a few things, but they kept coming back like boomerangs! If it’s coming back, I haven’t truly let it go.

Letting go frees us from pain. The more anger and resentment we hold onto from our past, the less capable we are of embracing love and happiness in the present. We often dwell on past events, whether they happened years ago or just moments ago, and these thoughts shape our current reactions and future destiny. Clinging to the past inevitably influences our future.

When past memories resurface, practice consciously creating new thoughts: "Let go... let go... release... let go." Visualize these past impressions leaving your subconscious mind. This daily exercise helps rewire our thinking patterns, much like teaching a child new behaviors.

Past experiences often leave us asking, "Why did this happen to me? How can I ever be happy? Is my pain my destiny?" I have found profound peace in meditation. During meditation, connect with the Ocean of Knowledge and Love, and replace these negative impressions with positive affirmations: "I am a Pure, Powerful soul. I love myself. I have the power to forgive. I love everyone around me."

By letting go of the past, we unlock the potential for a brighter, more loving future. Remember, knowledge is learning something every day; wisdom is letting go of something every day. Embrace both on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
