As children we needed no reason to have fun, we intrinsically have the art of joyfully living. As we grew stress dominated and joy diminished. Take a moment to reflect on how you can cultivate fun, joy, and laughter in your everyday life.

Affirm:

  • I am a joyful being.

  • I am cheerful always.

  • I create my every thought.

  • I create my every behavior.

  • I create my rules.

  • I am senior in some roles and junior in some roles. I give instructions sometimes and I take instructions sometimes. I am joyful in every role.

  • My joy is independent of what I have and where I am and who I am with.

  • Smile is a natural part of me.

  • My smile radiates positivity into the world.

  • I smile at strangers as well, It's an exchange of happy energy.

  • The positive energy flows through me, radiates to them, triggers positivity in them.

  • I am light, I make the situations light.

  • I celebrate every moment - a challenging task or an ordinary task or a failure, since a failure is also teaching me.

  • I enjoy everything everything I do.

  • Joy is my nature.

Repeat this affirmation three times to maintain a childlike #enthusiasm in life. And you will discover there is no limit on how #joyful you could be.

Tell me in comments how do you #prioritize cultivating #joy and #fun in your daily life, how do you maintain a childlike enthusiasm, embracing joy in all aspects of #life.
