Focus on Progress, Not Perfection

Making sustainable and lasting change requires focus. Not just momentary "Let's do it" enthusiasm, but the willingness to make a consistent effort over time. This is best achieved by identifying one behavior or even one part of a behavior and working onto it until you can see some progress. That's because making small changes and repeating them until they become habitual is more likely to yield long term results than trying to become a brand-new you all at once.
Even when the struggle is real, remind yourself that it feels better to be exhausted from taking small steps forward, than it does to be tired of doing nothing.
💡 Because what we do EVERY day defines us!
💡 Today’s progress is always compounded by yesterday’s effort, no matter how small.
REMEMBER the old saying - "Perfection is the enemy of good". Don't imagine you need to start in the perfect place or perfect time or get every step exactly right. Just get going!
Tell me in comments - How do you motivate yourself to keep going, even when the struggle feels real?
