Do you have issue staying focused?

Are you easily distracted?


The following may help you find focus:


➡️ Be mindful of the goal. Is it finishing a report, reviewing a document, or reading a book? Being aware of what you need to accomplish will help you in every stage of it.


➡️ Set a time frame. By doing so, you avoid cramming when the deadline approaches.


➡️ Limit the distractions. You can choose to work offline, put your phone on silence mode, close the outlook/teams for a while.


➡️ Have enough sleep. It provides a recharge on the mind and body.


➡️ Eat good food. The mind and body require proper nutrition.


➡️ Know what works for you. Identify what makes you stay productive. Create conscious habits to stay focused.


➡️ Take note of promptings. Take note of distractions, where are you spending your time. Journaling helps, plan your day.
