Culture Is What Happens Every Day

Culture isn’t built on big moments.

Culture is built slowly in everyday conversations, in shared clarity, and in the trust that clarity creates.

When people understand the “why,” they don’t just show up, they lean in, take ownership, and elevate everything around them.

This week, as we brought our teams together for our Town Hall to celebrate talent and progress, I was reminded of something simple but profound:
