Why do we assume that with growing age we’ll inevitably be sore, injured, or less active?
Yes, things change as we age.

Take a good, honest look at your life.
Fuel your body with nutrient-dense food.
Movement keeps you thriving. Building muscle keeps you thriving. 💪
Being sedentary keeps you feeling OLD!
Remember, it's your choice! Age has nothing to do with your ability to move well. Deciding to stop moving because of your age is what makes you feel old.
