3 Years with Ubisoft

Grateful. Inspired. Excited.
This week marks three years of my journey with Ubisoft and as I look back, one thought keeps coming back to me: Not once in these three years have I woken up and felt like I didn’t want to go to work. And that, to me, is rare.
And it’s precious.
When people ask what makes this journey meaningful, the answer is simple:
Grateful for the trust, the challenges, the opportunities, and the people who make every day feel purposeful.
Inspired by my teams who show up with heart, courage, and curiosity, and by the trust global leadership has placed in me to shape and strengthen this journey.
Excited for what we are building, the culture we are shaping, and the future we are stepping into together.
Three years have reinforced what I've always believed - it’s never just the projects that keep you going it’s the people, the conversations, the learning, and the belief that you’re growing into the next version of yourself.
Here’s to the journey so far. And to the road ahead, with gratitude, inspiration, and the same excitement I felt on day one.
